Enjoying Liz’s bread

We’ve been making lots and lots of Liz’s wonderful bread recipe lately. We enjoy it for breakfast, lunch and snacks. Although it has a few preparation steps, it’s not too hard to make. I find that I enjoy making it most when I have a number of things to tend to around the house and I can make it in long, drawn out stages. I might mix up the yeast to proof and come back a long time later and work on the rest of the recipe. Here’s the link if you’re feeling inspired to try it: Perfect Homemade Sandwich Bread.

Busy vacation week is still going strong! We’ve been having a lot of fun this week. No schoolwork! Just lots and lots of playing and visiting.
