Swiss Chard, Apple & Ginger Juice for dinner
Juicing Journey update: I’m learning about what works. Relearning I should actually say – almost everything I’m learning from this Juicing Journey is something I already know. I just happened to forget all of the Life Rules that keep me happy and healthy. I have been reminded through this process that when I neglect to nourish myself and fuel my body with healthy foods, it suffers. I suffer.
Juicing has been a wonderful experience for both of us so far. The energy and clarity I found in the past week has been unlike anything I’ve experienced in a long time. Jeff and I decided tonight that juicing for every meal isn’t working for us as well as juicing for breakfast and lunch, followed by dinner. We’re feeling re-energized to go back to enjoying healthy and delicious dinners each and every night of the week. I love the practice of having a juice for breakfast and lunch every day: those are two meals I can’t be bothered to prepare and switching them with a healthy juice makes sense for me. Dinner is a meal Jeff and I love to share. We’re going to change our Juicing Journey a bit to reflect all of this. It’s all about lifestyle choices & changes. I’m ready to make consistent, positive choices.
